Agreement to Terms
This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Swifty Global (UK) Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales and operating the website located at swiftysports-casino.me.uk ("the Website"), and any individual or entity ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, browses, or otherwise makes use of the Website. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works from, public display, public performance, republication, downloading, storage, or transmission of any Proprietary Content, except as follows:
- Your computer or device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials;
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes;
- You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.
